Refunds for CD’s are only issued if an item is received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Please take photos as soon as possible so we can design the best remedy and keep all packaging including postage packaging.

We do our best to package items in such a way that they are not damaged by transit through the postal system. We are not obligated to refund or replace missing or damaged items due to postal service negligence. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Purchases of digital products are final and refunds are not available, so please choose carefully before you buy.
